    What’s the minimum for a bulk order?

    Bulk orders start at 10 pieces, and every color and size you choose counts toward that total. Need fewer? Visit Custom Orders (1–9).

    Do you make shirts for churches and ministries?

    Yes. We make custom shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and totes for churches and ministries throughout the greater Houston area — from VBS and youth group shirts to apparel for serve teams, ministry groups and church events.

    Can you help with our design?

    Yes. In the builder, choose Upload My Artwork if your file is ready, Create My Design in Canva to design it yourself, or Help Me Design It to share your idea and let us help bring it to life. Design assistance may require an additional fee depending on complexity; we’ll confirm any design charge before work begins. You’ll approve your artwork proof before we produce your full order.

    How long do bulk orders take?

    Most custom and bulk orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval. We’ll confirm your timeline once we’ve reviewed your order. Need it sooner? A need-by date within 5 business days is a rush order, and a rush service fee applies. Rush service is subject to garment availability and production capacity. We’ll confirm that we can meet your deadline before the order is finalized.

    Is local pickup available?

    Yes. Local pickup is available in Spring, TX by arrangement, and we’ll coordinate the details with you. We can also ship your order — just choose shipping or local pickup when you build your request.

    Can we order different sizes?

    Yes. Choose one or more colors, then enter how many of each size you need for each color. Adult sizes run S–4XL (availability varies by color), youth sizes are available on tees and hoodies, and toddler sizes on Gildan tees. Adult sizes XL and up cost a little more — the builder shows the price for each size.
