Bless a Friend Giveaway | Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Carry Hope | Bless a Friend Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Carry Hope LLC, Spring, Texas (“Carry Hope,” “we,” or “us”). Our official Instagram account is @carryhope_.

2. Who can enter

• You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years old when you enter.
• You need an Instagram account in good standing, and you must follow @carryhope_ from that account when you enter and when the winner is selected. Creating an Instagram account and following us are free.
• Members of Carry Hope LLC and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.
• The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway dates

The Giveaway begins when the official giveaway post is published on @carryhope_ on October 23, 2026, and ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Entry Period”). Comments posted after the deadline are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, complete both steps:

1. Follow @carryhope_ on Instagram.
2. Comment on the official giveaway post and tag exactly one (1) friend you’d love to bless, answering:

“Who would you bless with the second sweatshirt?”

• One entry per person. Tag only one friend. Extra tags, extra comments, or comments from multiple accounts controlled by the same person will not count as extra entries.
• No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
• Liking and sharing the post are optional and do not increase your chances of winning.
• Please tag a real friend who would welcome it. Tagging someone does not make them an entrant or a winner.
• Your comment must be your own and must not be offensive, hateful, harassing, or spam.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) eligible Carry Hope crewneck sweatshirts: one to keep and one to give to someone they choose.

• The winner chooses any two eligible Carry Hope designs on adult Gildan crewneck sweatshirts, in available colors and sizes, and may add an optional Left Chest design to each sweatshirt. Eligible designs are the sweatshirt designs offered on shopcarryhope.com when the winner makes their selection.
• Approximate retail value: $40–$45 per sweatshirt, depending on the optional Left Chest design ($80–$90 in merchandise), plus $7 standard U.S. shipping, which Carry Hope covers. Total approximate retail value: up to $97.
• Both sweatshirts ship together to the winner’s U.S. address. The winner decides whether and how to give the second sweatshirt; Carry Hope has no obligation to the person the winner chooses to bless.
• Sweatshirts are made to order and typically ship within 2–4 business days after the winner confirms their designs, sizes, and shipping address.
• No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of the prize, except that Carry Hope may substitute a design or prize of equal or greater value if a selection becomes unavailable.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes or other costs not listed here.

6. How the winner is chosen and contacted

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected on October 30, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Before the winner is confirmed, we will check that they follow @carryhope_ and that their entry follows these rules.
• The potential winner will be contacted by direct message from our official account, @carryhope_, and must respond within 48 hours of that message.
• If the potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Watch out for impostors. We will only contact the winner from @carryhope_. We will never ask you to pay a fee, enter card details, or share a password to claim your prize.

7. Your privacy

When you enter, your Instagram username and comment are shared with us through Instagram. If you are selected, we will ask for your name, U.S. shipping address, email address, and sweatshirt selections. We use this information only to run the Giveaway, confirm eligibility, contact the winner, and ship the prize.

We keep the winner’s Instagram username and identity private unless the winner consents to us sharing it or disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell this information, and entering does not automatically subscribe you to our marketing emails. Carry Hope LLC handles personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Instagram’s use of your information is governed by Instagram’s own terms and policies.

8. General conditions

• By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Carry Hope’s decisions, which are final on all matters related to the Giveaway.
• Carry Hope may disqualify any entry or entrant that does not follow these rules, uses fake or multiple accounts, uses automated entries, or otherwise tampers with the Giveaway.
• If fraud, technical problems, or other issues beyond our control affect the fairness of the Giveaway, Carry Hope may modify, suspend, or cancel it and, if appropriate, select the winner from eligible entries received before the issue.
• To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Carry Hope LLC and its members from liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participating in the Giveaway or receiving or using the prize.
• These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Instagram disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability related to the Giveaway. Entrants must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
